Dhal Anglada

Dhal’s background includes 15 years of leadership and innovation in education, curriculum design, program management, and professional development.  This experience is complemented by two advanced degrees – a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Counseling.

Dhal has worked extensively at both the programmatic level and with individual subject matter experts to develop effective instructional approaches, with a special emphasis on the effective integration of technology into the learning process. He has developed numerous virtual programs to help facilitate effective online and hybrid instruction.

Dhal also specializes in moving degree-granting programs online, and is currently working with leading organizations to design, launch, market, and sustain new online course/workshop offerings in a variety of disciplines.

Dhal has had spiritual experiences since an early age and meditation and connection to the Divine comes naturally and effortlessly to him.

Dhal explores many different spiritual paths in his quest to offer pathways that resonates with the heart of any a sincere seeker of Truth.

His keen search for spiritual Truth has led him to his current pilgrimage of traveling the world to find universal tools of transformation that can benefit people from all walks of life and value systems.

His greater cause and vision is to establish ‘Lighthouse Centers’ around the world, places of retreat & community. Retreat centers for meditation, artistic expression, spiritual growth and celebration of life and Divine Love.

Dhal, who has spoken at several industry conferences, is co-founder of TransformationWithin™, as well an Advisory Board Member and permanent Instructional Design consultant for LearningTimes, LLC – a leading producer of online conferences.

Julian Papenfus
CEO & Co-Founder

Born South African, Julian developed a love for traveling from a young age and spend school holidays sailing around the South African coast with his family. He spent most of his early twenties traveling and working on sailing and motor yachts around the world, which gave him a good start in the “school of life”.

From a young age Julian had a keen interest in Spirituality and Psychology, which led him to study and read extensively on the mind, body, soul connection and why things manifest the way they do. His hunger for Spiritual Truth was blessed and encouraged by meeting and studying with many spiritual teachers, both Eastern and Western, with much time spent in meditation verifying these truths within.

In 2006 he met Human Behavioral Specialist Dr. John Demartini and studied with him to become a facilitator of the Demartini Method™, a breakthrough methodology that assists people in finding the hidden blessings in their lives and see the Divine Order behind all events and interactions – finding greater Gratitude and Love for life and a divine purpose to pursue.

Julian incorporates methods and tools which encompass many well established teachings, including those of spirituality, mediation, yoga, tantra and universal laws for achieving full human potential.
