PROFILE SUMMARY
I am inspired by coaching leaders and teams who are dedicated to achieving personally significant, relevant, and viable outcomes that are meaningful and fulfilling, resulting in overall well being and optimal performance levels.
I believe that coaching is one of the most effective vehicles for creating self-awareness, defining and re-defining meaning, and subsequently raising levels of consciousness. It is important for me to ensure that I facilitate a process that assists my clients in achieving and maintaining self awareness, sustainable and measurable behavioral changes, as well as empowerment in all areas of life.
EXPERIENCE
I worked for one of the leading Talent Management Companies filling a variety of roles including: Executive Coach, Head of Leadership Development, Business Development and Sales, and Business Transformation Facilitator. As an Executive Coach I had great success working with leading executives and middle managers, across a variety of industry sectors.
I then went out on my own and re-launched Tools for Life in 2008, a company dedicated to equipping and empowering individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies through coaching, workshops, talks and other interventions such as online learning, both locally and internationally.
In addition to my formal education and work experience I have been informed by a variety of methodologies in the fields of Emotional Intelligence, Quantum Physics, Energetic Healing, Cognitive Behavioural and Neuro Science, Psycho-neuro-immunology, and Organisational Change, giving me a depth of experience and knowledge which I apply to my coaching and facilitation interventions.
